Software Problems

This Is How To Dot Com can diagnose and fix some software issues for our standard charge ($40/hr). Please be advised that software issues are not covered under manufacturer's warranty, nor under any maintenance Contracts.

For any software issues that require reinstallation, including operating system software, the customer will need to provide or purchase appropriate licensed software.

Payment Terms:

We Offer Free Estimates & Flat Rate Computer Repair Service. We offer Free Pickups & Free Drop Offs for Computer/Laptop Repairs in most areas in Pasco and Hillsborough Counties, Florida . Our Computer Repair Engineers do not Charge for visiting !!! You are only charged for actual labor. Our labor fee is $40.00 per hour in-house and $60.00 per hour on-site, with a minimum in-house fee of $35.00.

Discounted Ad Payment Terms:
A basic visit fee of $30.00 for This Is How To Dot Com to come to the Client's location to make the service call. In addition, CLIENT agrees to pay a service charge of $20.00 per hour for any time spent by This Is How To Dot Com at Client's site after the first 2 hours. The $30.00 basic visit fee is due regardless of the outcome of service (unless This Is How To Dot Com is unable to provide assistance). The minimum charge for successful service is $30.00. This Is How To Dot Com reserves the right to refuse service as well as to change fees and rates at any time without notice. Seniors and New Client's must mention Pasco Shopper ad to receive discounted rates.

All repairs are covered under a minimum 30-day labor and 90-day parts warranty, or as specified by the manufacturer. This Is How To Dot Com recommends regular data backup and assume no responsibility for lost data.
